  I would not recommend this company to anyone! Very disappointed in the real estate services. Dealing with MD Development and its CEO M****** A******** has been a complete nightmare! Purchased a total rehabbed multi residential property from the company, however I have experienced malfunctions with all the utilities within the course of 3 months. Electrical issues, 5 Plumbing issues, and Heating/Cooling issues. All due to the company cutting corners under the CEO's watch. I also had an executed post closing repair agreement with the company and its CEO where certain exterior repairs were to be completed. The company and CEO breached the contract, never completed nor started the repairs and retained the money. The CEO has been giving me the runaround the last 8 months. Still has not returned my money. The guy is a BIG Fraud! Be very cautious.
